PAISBOA's Bi-Annual HR Day 2 Set for April 3 

Please join us for the Spring 2020 edition of our annual HR Day on Friday, April 3, from 9:00 am-1:30 pm at the PAISBOA Offices in the Radnor Township Building, Wayne PA. The workshop sessions will be presented by Susan Guerette (left) and Michael Galey of Fisher Phillips, who will cover a variety of topics, including:

  • Addressing Employee Mental Health Issues
  • Best Practices for Performance Management
  • Top 10 Awkward HR Conversations

The schedule for the day is as follows:

Program: 9:30 am-12:00 noon (Mental Health and Awkward Conversations)
Lunch: 12:00-12:30 pm
Program: 12:30-1:30 pm (Performance Management)

HR Day participants will be eligible for 3 SHRM Credits.

Learning Objective: Participants will learn how to address employee mental health issues and how to assess potential accommodations. Participants will learn best practices for implementing employee evaluation tools and conducting performance reviews.
